THE
STANDARD.

We don't sell motivation. We build discipline. Iron District started in a leaking warehouse on SE Division with two barbells and a pull-up rig. Seven years later, the barbells are better. The standards haven't changed.

Every class is programmed with intent. Every coach has competed. Every member earns their place on the whiteboard. This isn't a gym that happens to do CrossFit — it's a CrossFit gym that happens to forge athletes.

THEIR
WORDS.

"I walked in 40 pounds overweight and terrified of barbells. Two years later I qualified for Quarterfinals. The coaching here isn't just good — it's transformative."
Sarah K. Member since 2020 — The Foundry
"I've trained at boxes in four cities. Iron District is the only one where every single coach actually watches your movement. No phone scrolling behind the desk. They're coaching."
David R. Member since 2022 — The Annex
"The 5:30 AM crew is a different breed. We've been through ice storms, power outages, and one memorable workout in 38-degree rain. This place builds more than fitness."
Michelle T. Member since 2019 — The Foundry
"Came for the lifting, stayed for the community. Went from a 185 clean to 275 in 18 months. Jordan's eye for positions is unreal."
Marcus L. Member since 2021 — The Annex
